Marcus Gallo is Senior Solution Marketing Manager for Cloud Collaboration.

Working with Cisco’s Collaboration Technology Group (CTG) and the Collaboration CIO Office, Marcus provides strategic direction for the way organizations consume collaboration applications and services. Marcus supports field marketing teams and the sales organization by defining the value proposition for Cloud Collaboration, with particular focus on the market and buyer needs, and Cisco’s competitive differentiation.

Previously with Cisco, Marcus has been responsible for collaboration marketing activities in the UK&I, across the EMEAR theatre, and held solution marketing positions for Cisco WebEx and the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution (HCS). Prior to Cisco, Marcus has held a broad range of marketing, channel and operational roles with vendors and service providers including Avaya, Tiscali and Cable and Wireless.

Marcus graduated with honours from Middlesex University with a Business Studies degree and has a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
